SushiStainable within our own four walls
It is our conviction
that in order to ensure a desirable result, active participation from
the entire staff is absolutely essential.
That's why it's crucial
to naturally integrate sustainability into the core values of our
company, rather than considering it some isolated external issue
imposing itself. Towards that end, considerable effort is invested in
integrating Sushi
Stainable
values into the daily work of everyone at Sticks'n'Sushi.
Our aim is for the entire staff to understand SushiStainable values and be able to act independently in relation to the project. The bottom line is to enable all of us to do our best with regard to sustainability.

We can't expect daily conversations with all the staff in all of our
restaurants, which is why we decided to assign one or two colleagues in
each restaurant the role of Sushi
Stainable
ambassador. These ambassadors are colleagues who have a bit more
insight into the details of the project and who can act as liaisons
between the administrative office and the restaurants where you visit
us.
